French Harmony Furniture

I ordered a French wardrobe after seeing it on gumtree, the add specific praised the high quality mirrors on it, also the size was perfect. Unfortunately both mirrors were/are full of black spots (which wouldn't bother me that much, if it wouldn't be full of it). Apart of it ,which in my case is even worse, the size of the wardrobe were completely wrong! I would have never ordered it with that size and wasted loads of money, energy and nerves on it. After a long email to Chris, he promised to come and collect the faulty wardrobe and give a full refund. However weeks passed by, after sending few more Emails, text messages, trying to call (only voicemails picks up) I feel quiet scammed by this company. Normally I do not order online any furniture without seeing it before, but Chris appeared to me very trustworthy, this leaves an expression of being doubled scammed. I would definitely not recommend anyone to buy from this company before seeing the furniture personally (and measuring them)!!

I ordered and paid for a wardrobe. I had various conversations with Chris on the phone. I had a very small space of time to get the wardrobe to a house we were renting and because it ended up being impossible to deliver on time he promised to re-imburse me for the cost of the wardrobe. He never did. He owes me £400 and has never returned my calls or emails. He sounded like an honest man when I talked to him at the beginning, but he clearly isn't. I'm really upset about this but realise too how naive I have been. I advise anyone who wishes to buy one of his wardrobes to make sure you have the wardrobe, or see if first, before handing over any money. My bank were unable to help. I'm afraid I would never recommend him or his company to anyone as they are untrustworthy. Maybe he will prove me wrong and get in touch but its been some months now and many many emails and phone calls.m No answer - nothing.
