A man called Luke Lacoviello who claimed to be one of your staff had sent me a threatening message and accused me of lying and that he said that in my previous conversation with him had led him to believe that I had misled him with my information given therefore he’s going to inform the job centre that he has reason to believe I do not want to work, which in fact he was the one who did not want to work as he had dismissed me when I asked him to listen to what I was going to say about questions he asked. He said he was busy to listen to me and that he had another client to deal with. I am very disappointed with your service by sending me a man who doesn’t want to do his work, I questioned myself whether he works to help me or I work for him to look good for ingeus. He is rude and no manners and I feel I am bullied and being harassed by him. Perhaps you have got to be more selective in hiring people to work with vulnerable people like myself a 65 years old woman.
