Arrived Early; was polite and respectful; showed his gas-safe ID with registered number; did a gas tightness test before and after fitting hob; very carefully and skillfully applied supplied waterproof sealing strip; encouraged me to fully check and familiarise myself with appliance before taking payment, stuck to quoted price even thought was a little extra pipework. It is a genuine pleasure to have such a nice guy who is so focused on the quality of his work and customer satisfaction. Thanks very much - will use again whenever I have plumbing work.
