Leo Locks

I am writing this on behalf of my sister Helen who called out Leo,s Locksmith when she locked herself out - the service she got was a disgrace still not completed he took away the old lock and the replacement doesn't fit properly over the plate he has promised to come back to finish the job but still no show - charged £400 - this is going to court so will be interesting to see how he can justify his costs to Judge Rinder ..
