Used this firm for a property purchase and would not recommend them to anyone. Firstly they were slow, I almost lost my purchase had I not kept on top of matters. I was also rather annoyed that they added on extra costs to the original quote that I was not expecting. Overall the solicitor I was dealing with was totally inefficient, he was not on top of what he was supposed to be dealing with and was not happy with the service overall,
