Definitely highly recommended for a stress free move. Alice was very friendly, honest and to the point from the start to finish which was excellent and very much appreciated. Communication at all times could not be faulted. Queries answered promptly and always returned calls. When Alice was not available other team members were able to update, that indicated good communication within the office setting. Viewing day was very organised the guys on the day took good care of our property and made sure it was respected it at all time whilst viewers visited. Used Simply Conveyancing for the legal side as recommended by Alice to which equally was excellent with communication. Text messages received at every stage. Alice was also updated therefore communication between everyone was faultless and making it a very smooth buying and selling process.
