Specsavers

Had to wait in a queue for a while before being served. There was no one at the counter and staff were busy serving people on the shop floor who were wanting to buy glasses rather than those wishing to book an appointment or collect their glasses. I would appreciate it if someone would be at the counter to serve the customers as there was a long queue at the counter on the day I came to pick up my glasses.
