If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely ridiculous service, if I can even call it a service. I booked a removal with two men around three weeks prior to the date requested. All was confirmed. The day before the move, I was told a cancellation happened and would I like to have them come the day before. I said we were not ready. They then offered the afternoon of the original booked day, but we wanted morning so we could enjoy the afternoon before we moved out. The booking for was 10am. Noone arrived. We waited. At around 10.30am we contacted them and were told that the driver is not answering their phone. This was all done via what's app to the main person we booked with. We were told around 10:45am that another driver will contact us. However another company contacted us and deliberately took an exceptionally long time. We ended up paying three times as much for the moving. Absolutely disgraceful service. DO NOT RISK YOUR MOVE WITH THIS MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY
