Absolutely shocked and disgusted by an email response from this company when I simply queried about the use of the swimming pools. I was sent a reply stating 'read websites you fool' Cannot believe that this is a functioning company??

Extremely bad! If I could I would report him to the Police! Do not go there, the manager, Paul Williams just wants your money, and nothing else. I am Kelly Tamburi, was a swimming teacher for Strictly Swimming, everyone knows me in the Club. I was teaching more than 25 clients weekly, and because of abusing, harassment and threatening Manager I needed to leave. Currently doing a Burnout because of him. He has zero consideration that the clients I taught swimming we built client/teacher relationships, trust and I was reliable for all those months, never had complaints and was always fully booked. I lost my passion for teaching swimming. I left because I’ve been abused, harassed and threatened several times by text messages and calls. If I could I would go to the Police straight away and report this guy. He is not in the country, I never saw him physically. All communications were on whatsapp and by email. His role is only accepting the payments, packages lessons (5,10), the rest it leads to swimming teachers that need to organise weekly bookings. I was supposed to only teach swimming but he wanted me to organise the lessons, contact every single client to check if they paid,and always insisted on payments, payments and payments. When I was bringing new clients he never said thank you, instead he was texting me without saying hello ‘why you did not update the schedule!’. He kept insisting on me updating the schedule, which I was doing every single week, saying the health club will have access to the schedule, the health club has no schedule and never had access to it, I personally asked them. He contacts me when he wants to and expects answers straight away without gaps. He does not care at all. I never cancelled lessons but when I feel sick, I need it to be cancelled. He was sending me whatsapp messages about new bookings and organizing the schedule when I was very sick. Recently he sent me an abusive text message, and called me from 10am to 2am and I did not answer, he took that as an excuse of me not being reliable and I can not teach anymore. He accused me of fraud after I deliberately ‘increased my salary’, and I did not. He said he will contact the health club, stop me access and call the security if I try to go there. He does not give a refund or postponed lessons. Had few clients, had covid last winter and he did not want to refund or postponed which I was in the middle of problems. He has been contacting my client, telling lies about me and saying ‘Kelly is not available but I can refer you to our ‘best coach’, then the client was confused because was already booked with me. That’s humiliation. I was teaching 8 hours on Saturdays non stop without breaks, which is illegal. I asked him for a break and he wanted to fill each slot with clients, again so he can make more money. He used his family issues as an excuse to treat me like this which is not acceptable. I recently posted a bad google review. He sent me a threatening text that if I am not removing the reviews, he will come to London, bring me to Court and take Legal action on me. Paul Williams can be all nice on the phone because you are a new client but that is just fake, he will never follow your swimming progress, he just wants your money. I have the right to expose the truth, expose him on Google Reviews and other social media platforms. I have been abused by him and it hurts. I have all the screenshots of abusement, harassments and threatening text messages.
