As a tenant I have never been ignored so much about issues within a property it is riddled with mould and an earwig infestation due to windows being made of rotted wood. The heaters do not work and cannot leave anything in designated bedroom as it just grows mould over night meaning everything I own is being left inside one room due to it being a one bedroom flat its disgusting and something needs to be done about this unprofessional company would not recommend even as a temporary accomodation contemplating sofa surfing and giving up my right to help via the council as my daughter is constantly sick.
